When you contact Trans Haven, you will be asked for your name and email address. This information is used solely to reply to your inquiry.

No private or personal information is forwarded to any third party, institution, or person. This rule includes, but is not limited to, anybody claiming to be a spouse, friend, or parent of a website user or client who may or may not have contacted Trans Haven.

Coaching notes and take-in-form: For quality and progress of coaching sessions and the success of the client, a take-in-form  during the first session is required and notes are made during and/or after each coaching session. As per GDPR, the client may request a copy of these notes at any time and will receive a copy within 72 hours of the request. As per GDPR, the destruction (if physical) or permanent deletion (if digital) of the take-in-form and coaching notes may be requested at any time. This will then be done within 72 hours and a confirmation of this action will be given to the client. Once deleted & destroyed, this information can not be saved or restored. Coaching notes and take-in-forms will not be forwarded to any third party, institution, or person. This includes, but is not limited to, anybody claiming to be a spouse, friend, or parent of a client who may or may not have received coaching sessions from Trans Haven.

The exclusion to Number 2.2. and 2.3. are requests by court order. Should a court order compell Trans Haven to forward client information or coaching notes, Trans Haven will provide the requested information to the best of our ability only to the requesting court, lawyer, or solicitor who has presented the court order. If you need to get in contact to request information by court order, please fill out the form and Trans Haven will get back in touch within 48 (fourty eight) business hours to arrange the next steps. In this case, please ensure that your email address is correctly written on the form and, if possible, provide a phone number as well.
Unless otherwise advised by the requesting party, the client will be notified that their information has been forwarded to the requesting lawyer, solicitor, or court.

Outgoing links to external websites are links to websites that are not https://www.transhaven.ie or any of its pages.

Trans Haven provides outgoing links to external websites on several pages.

Outgoing links to external websites are reviewed for their content before being added to Trans Haven.

All images on this website come from one of the three sources below:

1. Source one: 
   ​Videos and Images created by the editor of Trans Haven. These videos and images come from workshops and events.

   Videos are taken from video sharing platforms such as, but not limited to, YouTube, TikTok, or Vimeo.

   Images are provided by "Free Wix Images" or "Unsplash" as part of our website hosting's service. Both are royalty free sources.

Take down request:

1. Guardians:
   If you are the guardian of somebody who is in an image or video on this website, you may request the image or video to be removed from the site. The removal of your dependant may result in them being blurred in the image or video or the full removal of the image or video.​

2. Artists:
   If you are an artist and you see your art in an image or video on this website, you may request your art to be removed from the site or to be credited. No payments will be made. Your art is not here for financial gain. You can request your art to be removed or to be credited by name and website or by name and social media link. 

3. You:
   If you find yourself in an image or video on this website, you may request the image or video to be removed from the site. The removal of yourself may result in your face and body being blurred in the image or video or the full removal of the image or video.

   As no payments for Trans Haven services are made through the website, none of your payment information is stored in context with this website.
